The following document was faxed to Richard Claypool [Head of U.S. Presidential Libraries, Maryland] on June 16th 2002 , at (301) 837 3218 , concerning Anne Morrow's identity investigation. A slightly modified version was also faxed on this same date to Harold Holt [Executive Director, Dwight D. Eisenhower Library , Kansas] , at (785) 263 4218.

Holt Dear Mr.Holt, I am contacting you in regards to an issue which has previously been brought to your attention & noted by your establishment both in writing & over the telephone , concerning Anne Morrow. My association with Anne Morrow has been ongoing in a professional capacity for ten months now; prior to this I had no contact &/or association with Anne Morrow , nor with any of her affiliated parties or agents , current & otherwise. Anne Morrow & myself were mutually introduced through a former associate (of the both of us) based in the state of Washington. As an independent investigative researcher & publisher , I took an immediate interest in Anne Morrow's censored & suppressed book; "A Case Of Injustice" -- which was the original premise of contact , now becoming a broadened & insightful dialogue between Anne Morrow & myself , up until this day. It is imperative that you read this book , as in essence , through cause & effect , has lead Anne Morrow to the position now & where many questions which remain unanswered , to address her true identity & to rightfully be allocated accurate information pertaining to , who are in fact Anne Morrow's biological parents. Over the last six months I have quietly researched & made confidential enquiries relating to Anne Morrow & her genuine identity. The enquiries I have made have been to several United States government , political , military & intelligence sectors; some of which I have made contact with through various networked Australian-based associates. In conjunction with this information I have acquired , I have also privately researched the genealogy of the particular names; Campbell , Gabbard , Morrow & Eisenhower. If you care to peruse Anne Morrow's , Palatine Press website , [http://www.Palatinepress.com/] & click on the correlating icon "About the Author" , you can find pertinent information relating to Anne Morrow's clearly fabricated identity , from a very early age. Allegedly the fourth child of eleven siblings & allegedly born in south-east Kentucky on October 13 , 1935 , it wasn't until June of 1962 , in order to obtain a passport , Anne Morrow requested a copy of her birth certificate from the Bureau of Vital Statistics in Frankfort , Kentucky. The said birth certificate had an error; it was recorded as Anna M. Gabbard & not her Christened name , Anne Morrow [Gabbard]. In 1989 , after discovery of the fact she has been excluded from the Last Will & Testament of Ida Mae Campbell Gabbard , Anne's alleged biological mother , nine people had witnessed the calling by name , Anne Morrow Gabbard Parrino , to be excluded from the said document. This information had been kept confidential from March of 1986 up until Anne's discovery of this fact in 1989. After conferring with Kentucky State Police , including forensic & intelligence departments , Anne Morrow was told she had every reason to question the validity of the document. Incidentally , a March 1960 microfilm indicates the same discrepancy as found on the birth certificate , from the State of Kentucky. A private investigator took a copy of the birth certificate to a prestigious law firm in Frankfort , Kentucky whom queried the authenticity of the birth certificate & several days later were forthcoming with the following information; · The certificate was made over & possibly belonged to a dead baby , & it was done very sloppily. I have established in my research that predominant Morrow families resided in regions of the U.S. , where Anne Morrow resided with her alleged biological parents & siblings; both in Kentucky & Michigan. It was whilst Anne was residing with the Gabbard family in Michigan that her oldest sister , Elizabeth Francis , confided in her that she (Elizabeth Francis) had gotten up early one morning & saw Anne being brought to the house in a little white box. Elizabeth Francis was told never to say anything about it , so it had to remain a "secret". It was Anne Morrow who confided in me , many months ago , after I published a non-related article in my independently owned & operated publication , BEACHHEAD , her belief that she was in fact the illegitimiate daughter of former U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower & her biological mother may in fact be Dwight D. Eisenhower's former driver , Kay Summersby. Rumours were confirmed in 1975 , when Kay Summersby wrote a book titled; "Past Forgetting; My Love Affair With Dwight D. Eisenhower". It was Mr.Eisenhower's superior General George Marshall who quashed a plan by Dwight D. Eisenhower to divorce his wife Mamie & marry Summersby. It has been stated , General.Marshall threatened to bust Eisenhower out of the military while fighting in Europe [World War II] , if he was to go ahead & marry Summersby & divorce Mamie. As docummented , General George Marshall served in President Truman's Cabinet , as Secretary of State & then as , Secretary of Defense. It was the particular law firm in Frankfort , Kentucky who told Anne Morrow in 1989 that her birth certificate had been fabricated & tampered with to cover up a controversial political scandal , dating back over fifty years ago , which indicates the chronology & timing is more than viable , taking into account rumours being confirmed & substantiated post-1975 that Dwight D. Eisenhower & Kay Summersby were courting. Anne Morrow's belief's are not surrounded in mere suspicion nor speculation; nor are they an attempt for publicity-grabbing endeavours. Quite the contrary. Through her own unique contacts & the information she has acquired , through non-related research & enquiries; many people have commented on Anne Morrow's uncanny resemblance to Dwight D. Eisenhower. Here you will see the morph's of Anne Morrow & Dwight D. Eisenhower , in addition to Kay Summersby & Anne Morrow. Through my own genealogical research I have established a definite link betweeen the names Campbell , Gabbard , Morrow & Eisenhower. However , Anne Morrow & myself have discovered that the name & spelling of Eisenhower was & has been corrupted from it's original spelling Eisenhauer. Although your establishment discounts Eisenhower's Jewish &/or Negro ancestry [see; http://www.Palatinepress.com/images/teasleyletter2.gif] the corruption of the original spelling , to the existing & publicly embraced & accepted Eisenhower implies the former President's descendents was a Jewish , perhaps even a German bloodline. This further supports Anne Morrow's story & that she in fact descended from "old , old blood out of Europe." Anne Morrow & myself have substantiated that the reason for the Eisenhauer name corruption to Eisenhower was merely for public relations during World War II & through-out the Cold War , & to cloak the true heritage & bloodline of Dwight D. Eisenhower. This corruption was positively reflected & perpetuated most importantly within the confines of education circles. The names Campbell , Gabbard & Morrow seem to be interlocked & are seemingly different names for the same bloodline , which is intended to hide the heritage & origins of an Eisenhauer (Eisenhower) line which extends back into Europe (under most likely , many other different names). Perhaps the reason General George Marshall was adamant in Dwight D. Eisenhower & Kay Summersby no longer courting & quashing plans to marry & for Dwight D. Eisenhower to divorce his wife Mamie , was purely done for the reason to allow the heritage & bloodline to continue as purely as possible , & not to become impure through his courting with Summersby (whose heritage may not have been acceptable). Suffice to say , this further lends credence to Anne Morrow's story as to why her true identity has been kept secret & information pertaining to her identity confidential & for the most part inaccessible. Useful information exists in this review correlating Anne Morrow's life with the United States echelon's , which once the information becomes mainstream will have a profound effect on the United States & the world as a whole. This is why Anne Morrow , her character & her story has remained suppressed , I strongly suspect by the highest echelon's of the United States Government , the military & intelligence agencies; as her life & her story could & will indeed alter history from the onset of the Truman administration. After extensive dialogue with Anne Morrow , she has also related to me the surveillance & ongoing monitoring which has taken place all of her life; up until just a few days ago & I'm sure will be intensified in the future. These agents have been cited by Anne Morrow's colleagues in her immediate proximity , around her home & when she travels. I'm sure the United States taxpayer would be curious to know why such intense & ongoing surveillance is necessary on a business woman who is doing nothing more than seeking answers. Who & what is being protected? In conclusion , Anne Morrow & myself are genuinely hoping that your office can assist in our enquiries further & much more intricately , through the relinquishment of resources , information & contact details which further assist this investigation. However , given the nature of Anne Morrow's case I have forseen that her story could jeopardize the integrity of your establishment & indeed history itself; given the implications where officialdom is concerned. Although in a March 20 letter you discount Anne Morrow's stories & accounts as "apocryphal" , your office has seemingly adopted an attitude of cold feet anytime Anne Morrow makes contact & an apparent lack of courtesy seems to exist following her original contact , where you assured her in writing , that if your office could be of any further assistance to her , to let you know. This offer on enquiry has not been exhibited or in any way exhausted by any means. As I stated , it is vital & imperative that you read Anne Morrow's book "A Case Of Injustice" & to peruse the Palatine Press website at; http://www.Palatinepress.com/ in the hope you will realise her claims are not baseless & suspicions are more than sufficient to warrant investigation. I will be intensifying my investigation & research & making contact with various intelligence , military & government bodies ; including those within the military-industrial-complex , in the hope a breakthrough can & will be made , so Anne Morrow can be provided with the answers she is seeking.
